Who says you can’t wear white after Labor Day? For the fourth year in a row, treats! magazine hosted a luxurious all-white dress code party in Malibu with a beautiful background of the Pacific Ocean, celebrating people in fields of art, fashion, music and entertainment.

While the party started out with a chill Malibu vibe, it soon picked up as the DJ started spinning and guests began to arrive. Everyone enjoyed cold beers and a variety of other drinks out of their iconic Stella Artois chalices. Early arrivals included “WAGS” star Nicole Williams and beau Larry English and Nick Simmons, who enjoyed the stunning view of the Malibu coast. Many known models like Tika Camaj arrived wearing Indah dresses and For Love & Lemons in the trend of lace and bell sleeves in white and ivory. Most models were in bright white lace and stood out significantly. British fashion designer Julia Clancey wore a stunning and statement-making dress and head piece emblazoned with fine jewels and crystals.

Later on in the evening, Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado, strolled in and joked around enjoying the laid back pool vibes and stunning view. Absolute Elyx also served up Moscow mules to the thirsty guests including Steve Shaw, treats! Editor in Chief and Founder, who was entertaining friends and guests including pal Spencer Garrett and Singer Matt Bellamy (MUSE) and his girlfriend, model Elle Evans. Foster The People’s Mark Foster got in the party spirit and playfully photo bombed some of guests!

Angelina dumped Brad after private eye uncovered Marion Cotillard affair

Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pittafter learning he was cheating on her with his sexy co-star, a well-placed source told The Post on Tuesday.

“She hired a private eye because she felt that he was fooling around with her on the set, and it turns out, he was. And that was the final straw,’’ the source said.

Pitt, 52, had been rumored to have been cozying up to his “Allied’’ co-star Marion Cotillard, 40, for months during the pair’s filming of the World War II drama in London.

The PI discovered that Pitt was cheating on his wife of two years with Cotillard — while also partying like a single guy on a mission, the source said.

“The atmosphere [off-set] was full of hard drugs and Russian hookers, and Angie was told Brad got caught up in it,’’ the source said.

“He’s in the throes of some insane midlife crisis, and Angie is fed up.”

But a source close to Cotillard denied the Pitt affair rumors and insisted she is still with her long-term partner, French actor and director Guillaume Canet.

“They are still very much together. They have been a couple since 2007 and have one child but have never married,’’ the source said of Cotillard and Canet.

The source could not confirm French reports that Cotillard is pregnant with her second child with Canet.

Amber Heard Drops Lawsuit Against Johnny Depp’s Comedian Pal Doug Stanhope

Amber Heard is cutting all legal ties to Johnny Depp, including his friend.

Less than a month since settling her divorce from her ex for $7 million in charity donations, the actress has dropped her lawsuit against Depp’s stand-up comedian pal, Doug Stanhope.

According to documents obtained by E! News, Heard’s legal team filed a stipulation for dismissal of the case and for each party to handle their own attorney fees. According to Heard’s lawyer, the dismissal of the case is the result of her larger settlement with Depp.

“I can tell you that Ms. Heard and Mr. Stanhope did NOT reach any agreement to settle the case,” Heard’s attorney said in a statement to E! News. “No money changed hands between them, and there is no confidentiality agreement between them. In fact, I have been unable to reach Doug for some time and given his lifestyle, where he lives and where he travels, I’d be surprised if he even knows anything about the conclusion of the case. Instead, the dismissal of the case against Mr. Stanhope was negotiated as part of a larger deal between Ms. Heard and her ex-husband, Johnny Depp.  Doug Stanhope is one of Johnny Depp’s closest friends, and it appears that Johnny was able to convince Amber to drop the lawsuit against Doug as part of a global resolution of their divorce.”

In the statement, Heard’s attorney also noted that the dismissal was done “without prejudice,” meaning she could re-file the lawsuit within one year of the date Stanhope published his article about Heard. “As far as we know, Ms. Heard has no plans to re-file the case against Mr. Stanhope, but that option remains available to her,” the statement concluded.

Amber Heard Files for Divorce From Johnny Depp

Actress Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp, citing irreconcilable differences after 15 months of marriage.

She is seeking spousal support from the Oscar-nominated actor.

Heard listed their date of separation as Sunday in a filing in Los Angeles Superior Court. They have no children together.

Depp and Heard met while co-starring in the 2011 film “The Rum Diary.” Depp’s latest film, “Alice Through the Looking Glass,” is due to be released on Friday.

The pair made global headlines last year when they ran into legal trouble for bringing their Yorkshire terriers, Pistol and Boo, into Australia as Depp was filming the latest “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie.

Heard was charged with two counts of illegally importing the pets and one count of producing a false document last July. A magistrate judge in April filed no conviction for Heard but issued a formal order to stay out of trouble for a month or face a $767 fine.

The breach in border security sparked what was gleefully dubbed the “war on terrier,” and culminated in the pair recording a deadpan apology that was likened to a hostage video. Throughout the saga Depp engaged in a war of words with Australian Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce, who’d threatened to kill the dogs.

Earlier this week, Joyce boasted that he had gotten inside Depp’s head like fictional serial killer Hannibal Lecter after the actor quipped that the ruddy-faced lawmaker appeared to be “inbred with a tomato” during an interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

Depp has one previous marriage and was in a long relationship with French actress and model Vanessa Paradis before he began dating Heard. Depp and Paradis are the parents of two teenage children.

The divorce was first reported Wednesday by celebrity website TMZ.

Woody Harrelson Applies to Open Marijuana Dispensary in Hawaii

Actor and marijuana advocate Woody Harrelson was one of nearly 60 applicants to apply to open one of Hawaii’s first medical marijuana dispensaries.

Harrelson, 54, applied for a license in Honolulu County under his company, Simple Organic Living.

The Hawaii Department of Health posted the list of 66 applications on its website Friday. The state is now reviewing applications for dispensary permits, which they will award in April.

Video game entrepreneur Henk Rogers also applied for a license under his company, Blue Planet Foundation, which advocates for energy independence across the state. Rogers, 61, is famous for designing the video game “Tetris” more than 20 years ago, and lives in Hawaii in an entirely solar-powered home.

Among other applicants include Dirk Fukushima, producer of the local television show, “Hawaii Stars,” and former University of Hawaii Regent Charles Kawakami.

If selected, dispensary applicants must have $1 million cash before applying for a licenses, plus $100,000 for each dispensary location. All applicants must have been Hawaii residents for more than five years.

Under a law passed in 2015, the state will grant eight licenses for marijuana business owners across the islands. The law allows medical marijuana businesses to have two production centers and two retail dispensaries, for a total of 16 dispensaries statewide. Six are allowed on Oahu, four on Hawaii Island, four on Maui and two on Kauai.

Dispensaries are set to open in July.

Hawaii became the first to legalize medical marijuana through the legislative process 16 years ago. Lawmakers have introduced laws to legalize recreational marijuana; however they don’t think they’re likely to pass this year.
