Angelina dumped Brad after private eye uncovered Marion Cotillard affair

Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pittafter learning he was cheating on her with his sexy co-star, a well-placed source told The Post on Tuesday.

“She hired a private eye because she felt that he was fooling around with her on the set, and it turns out, he was. And that was the final straw,’’ the source said.

Pitt, 52, had been rumored to have been cozying up to his “Allied’’ co-star Marion Cotillard, 40, for months during the pair’s filming of the World War II drama in London.

The PI discovered that Pitt was cheating on his wife of two years with Cotillard — while also partying like a single guy on a mission, the source said.

“The atmosphere [off-set] was full of hard drugs and Russian hookers, and Angie was told Brad got caught up in it,’’ the source said.

“He’s in the throes of some insane midlife crisis, and Angie is fed up.”

But a source close to Cotillard denied the Pitt affair rumors and insisted she is still with her long-term partner, French actor and director Guillaume Canet.

“They are still very much together. They have been a couple since 2007 and have one child but have never married,’’ the source said of Cotillard and Canet.

The source could not confirm French reports that Cotillard is pregnant with her second child with Canet.

Amber Heard Drops Lawsuit Against Johnny Depp’s Comedian Pal Doug Stanhope

Amber Heard is cutting all legal ties to Johnny Depp, including his friend.

Less than a month since settling her divorce from her ex for $7 million in charity donations, the actress has dropped her lawsuit against Depp’s stand-up comedian pal, Doug Stanhope.

According to documents obtained by E! News, Heard’s legal team filed a stipulation for dismissal of the case and for each party to handle their own attorney fees. According to Heard’s lawyer, the dismissal of the case is the result of her larger settlement with Depp.

“I can tell you that Ms. Heard and Mr. Stanhope did NOT reach any agreement to settle the case,” Heard’s attorney said in a statement to E! News. “No money changed hands between them, and there is no confidentiality agreement between them. In fact, I have been unable to reach Doug for some time and given his lifestyle, where he lives and where he travels, I’d be surprised if he even knows anything about the conclusion of the case. Instead, the dismissal of the case against Mr. Stanhope was negotiated as part of a larger deal between Ms. Heard and her ex-husband, Johnny Depp.  Doug Stanhope is one of Johnny Depp’s closest friends, and it appears that Johnny was able to convince Amber to drop the lawsuit against Doug as part of a global resolution of their divorce.”

In the statement, Heard’s attorney also noted that the dismissal was done “without prejudice,” meaning she could re-file the lawsuit within one year of the date Stanhope published his article about Heard. “As far as we know, Ms. Heard has no plans to re-file the case against Mr. Stanhope, but that option remains available to her,” the statement concluded.

Appellate Court Rules Mel Gibson’s Ex-Wife Violated Confidentiality Agreement

On Tuesday, California’s 2nd Appellate District ruled (PDF) on a celebrity case that had been out of the public eye for a while:Mel Gibson’s disputes with his ex-wife, Oksana Grigorieva. The case is technically titled ““M.G. v. O.G.,” but the numerous details in the order make it perfectly clear who’s involved. The court affirmed a previous ruling in Gibson’s favor to the effect that that Grigorieva violated the terms of an out of court settlement between the two by addressing her domestic abuse allegations against Gibson.

You may recall that in 2010, Grigorieva recorded her phone conversations with a disturbingly unhinged Gibson, including one (embedded above) where he threatened to kill her, saying “I’ll put you in a f—ing rose garden you c–t! You understand that? Because I’m capable of it. You understand that?” If he had much of a career left, that changed. Grigorieva sued Gibson in separate cases (one for paternity of their child, one for battery and defamation), and according to the appellate ruling, here’s how those were resolved:

At the same time, the parties entered into a separate settlement agreement to resolve O.G.’s civil claims, pursuant to which M.G. agreed to pay O.G. a total of $750,000 in three equal installments spread over the course of five years. As part of the settlement agreement, O.G. agreed to keep confidential “any and all information and facts related to the asserted claims and events underlying this Agreement.” The agreement specified that a breach of the confidentiality obligation would result in O.G.’s forfeiture of all outstanding installments of the $750,000 settlement payment.

While Grigorieva never outright said in the interview that Gibson physically abused her, in the context of the interview, it’s clear that she’s giving credence to Stern’s statements about Gibson hitting her. That’s where Gibson objected, and that’s why the appellate court agreed with Gibson. From the ruling:

Drew Barrymore officially files for divorce from Will Kopleman

Drew Barrymore has officially filed for divorce from Will Kopleman.

The 41-year-old actress reportedly filed official papers in a Manhattan court in New York on Friday (07.15.16), three months after announcing the end of their four-year marriage.

The divorce documents describe Barrymore’s petition as “uncontested”, according to the New York Daily News newspaper.

Barrymore and art consultant Kopelman, who wed in June 2012, have two daughters together – Olive, three, and Frankie, two – and said when they announced their split that their girls were their “first priority”.

Since then, Barrymore, who has been married twice before, and her estranged husband have divided their time between New York and Los Angeles in a bid to share parenting responsibilities.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that the Hollywood star is set to become a talk show host.

The ‘Miss You Already’ actress is reportedly in talks about being at the helm of her own chat show in a joint deal with Warner Bros. and Ellen DeGeneres’ A Very Good Production company.

Despite her marriage troubles, Barrymore previously revealed the “strength” and joy she takes from being with her children.

When asked what makes her happy, she shared: “Just strength. Now that I’m a mom, and I know that it harkens back to the girls, aside from that, it really is girl power, badass. It is strength, clarity, conviction, health and focus …

“It’s funny, because there are times in my life that I am so loosey-goosey, so hedonistic, and it is so just ‘hippy-dippy,’ but right now I feel this great backbone is, ‘One foot in front of the other,’ which is sort of my attitude right now. That is anything but loosey-goosey – that if you don’t stay in a straight line, you are going to get into trouble.”

Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garner Marriage: Couple Is Not Calling Off Divorce

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are continuing with plans for divorce.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner aren’t getting back together after all.

Although the former couple has been spending tons of family time with their children, daughters Violet, 10, and Seraphina, 7, and son Samuel, 4, a source has since confirmed they have no plans to reunite romantically.

“She seems adamant about going through with it,” a friend of the actress toldPEOPLE Magazine on Thursday.

Currently, Garner is in Los Angeles with her kids as they prepare for the end of school and Affleck, who is in the midst of production on The Justice League, has returned to London from L.A., where he recently appeared at the Spike Guys’ Choice Awards.

Garner “denies that she is back with Ben,” the friend added. “She actually almost laughs when asked.”

As for when she and Affleck will officially end their marriage, it may be a while as Garner reportedly “doesn’t seem to mind at all that it’s not finalized.”

Months ago, Garner spoke out about the end of her relationship and Affleck’s alleged affair with their former nanny, Christine Ouzounian.

“I didn’t marry the big fat movie star; I married him,” Garner revealed during a candid interview with Vanity Fair in February. “And I would go back and remake that decision. I ran down the beach to him, and I would again. You can’t have these three babies and so much of what we had. He’s the love of my life. What am I going to do about that? He’s the most brilliant person in any room, the most charismatic, the most generous. He’s just a complicated guy. I always say, ‘When his sun shines on you, you feel it.’ But when the sun is shining elsewhere, it’s cold. He can cast quite a shadow.”

“We had been separated for months before I ever heard about the nanny,” Garner continued. “She had nothing to do with our decision to divorce. She was not a part of the equation. Bad judgment? Yes. It’s not great for your kids for [a nanny] to disappear from their lives.”
