MARIAH CAREY SECURITY GUARD CLAIMS SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Mariah Carey‘s former security company has threatened to sue her … and the guy who owns the company says she constantly humiliated him by referring to him as a Nazi, a skinhead, a KKK member and a white supremacist.

Michael Anello‘s lawyer has prepared a draft of a lawsuit, claiming his company worked for Mariah from June 2015 to May 2017 and got stiffed on the balance to the tune of $221,329.51. Anello claims he was promised another 2 years which would add $511,000 to the tab.

Anello says Mariah humiliated him and his colleague by referring to them as members of the hate groups.

Anello also claims Mariah “wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people.”

The draft lawsuit also makes allegations of sexual harassment, claiming she committed “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello.” Anello claims during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mariah asked him to come to her room to move some luggage and when he got there, she was wearing a see-through negligee that was open. He says he tried leaving but she insisted he move the luggage. He says he left the room and there was no physical contact.

Mariah’s people tell us they were in touch with Anello’s lawyer Monday and were agreeable to pay certain invoices, but we’re told Anello is not satisfied with the amount.

Mariah’s people have no information on the sexual harassment claim.

The lawyer for Anello says the lawsuit is now on hold, presumably because they are in settlement negotiations.

Warner Bros. Can’t Dodge Sylvester Stallone’s Fraud Lawsuit

Sylvester Stallone has scored an early and significant ruling in his lawsuit against Warner Bros. over profits from the 1993 science-fiction film Demolition Man. Not only has a Los Angeles Superior Court judge rejected the studio’s bid to throw out breach of contract and fraud claims, but the actor is being permitted to bring a potentially big claim that Warners’ accounting practices are likely to deceive the public, including others in Hollywood with profit participation agreements.

Through his loan-out company Rogue Marble, Stallone filed his lawsuit in April.

“The motion picture studios are notoriously greedy,” stated the complaint. “This one involves outright and obviously intentional dishonesty perpetrated against an international iconic talent. Here, WB decided it just wasn’t going to account to Rogue Marble on the Film. WB just sat on the money owed to Rogue Marble for years and told itself, without any justification, that Rogue Marble was not owed any profits.”

According to the lawsuit, Warner Bros. initially asserted that nearly $67 million was unrecouped on Demolition Man and therefore nothing was owed to Stallone, who was to get 15 to 20 percent of defined profits on the film. After being challenged, the studio sent Stallone a check for $2.82 million. The actor wasn’t satisfied.

There are many legal actions targeting “Hollywood accounting,” including the must-watch one from Frank Darabont over The Walking Dead. What makes Stallone’s case provocative — besides an A-list actor suing the same studio that distributed 2015’s Creed, which earned Stallone an Oscar nomination — is a claim of unfair business practices.

CELEBRITY BURGLARIES JUST PART OF L.A. CRIME EXPLOSION

Hollywood celebrities are being hit left and right by burglars … but as far as the crooks are concerned they’re nobody special, because high-end break-ins are out of control this year.

TMZ broke the story, Dodgers star Yasiel Puig was the latest to be hit, with thieves making off with more than half a mil in jewelry. Other celebs hit include Alanis Morissette, Cesar Millan and Derek Fisher.

Law enforcement tells us … they believe the celebs were not targeted because they flaunted their jewelry and other riches on social media. The sources say these celebs all live in ritzy areas of L.A., and there has been an influx of criminals because California has recently opened the prison doors.

Recent laws have addressed terrible prison overcrowding by ordering the release of a number of non-violent criminals. There are also drug offenses that have been reduced from felonies to misdemeanors.

Our sources say a number of the people released are burglars, and now that they’re out they’re going back to what they know. As a result, there has been an explosion of burglaries in the L.A. area.

And there’s something else. We’re told a number of people who were hit, including some of the celebs who have become victims, did not turn their alarms on because they assumed it wasn’t necessary since they live in what they believed were safe areas.
